Michael Kuepper
President
Mike started with Kuepper Favor Company in 1974 under the leadership of his father, George C. Kuepper. He became the President in 1978 as he continues the development and manufacturing of party favor fun! Mike later established Party Direct, Inc in 1994 and has expanded it to become a well-known distributor of custom party favors in the family entertainment industry. As a family owned company located in North Central Indiana, quality and service is extremely important to him. As the world is changing, we must adapt and stay at the forefront. He believes it’s easier to make changes with a family owned company. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana State University. Mike has two boys and currently lives in Peru with his wife Ingrid. When he’s not in the office, you can find him outdoors enjoying biking, running, and snow skiing.
Kimberly Hawkins
Business Manager
Kimberly has been working as the Business Manager for Party Direct, Incorporated since 2016. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an associate's degree in Accounting. Kimberly has over 25 years experience in her career field. Customer satisfaction is always at her forefront as everyone deserves a wonderful birthday, new year’s, and holiday celebration. She deems it the utmost importance to carry innovative products to make any party special. Kimberly is very family oriented and spends all her spare time with her two boys and wonderful husband!
Nancy Dye
Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Nancy has been working with Party Direct since January 2020, but is no stranger to the family entertainment industry. She has a background in sports management, family entertainment, marketing and human resources. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration and Business and a minor in Marketing from Ball State University. As a former FEC General Manager with many years' experience in the family entertainment industry, she understands the need to deliver unforgettable birthday parties for customers. She feels a great way to do this is by fully enhancing the presentation of the party with the top quality supplies. She now lives in Virginia with her husband Josh and continues to work for Party Direct full time.
